I ensure that every visit is a calm, quiet and enjoyable, filled with positive affirmation and a gentle touch. I offer a consultation beforehand to ensure you receive the service and finish you would like, and we can discuss any health issues and behaviours beforehand. Cats
We welcome your feline friends at Trendlewood Pet Spa
Cats spend a huge proportion of their waking time grooming themselves and can find it particularly stressful when the knots and mats get out of hand. This can get more difficult as they get older but can happen at any age, particularly for long haired breeds. I offer a service to clip out mats that have built up, or trim areas that are prone to tangles. I recommend you brush and comb your cat in between appointments if you are able, but understand it’s not always possible, especially in the more difficult to reach areas. Owners are encouraged to stay and assist with gentle holding , I have found this to be calming in most instances. I also offer a 'lion cut' clip for cats that really need it.
